Representative Profile

Shoi Nagashige

President & CEO, Mineralist Co., Ltd.

Founder, flower.FUN

After relocating from Osaka to Yamaguchi after marriage, she became increasingly aware of the issues related to nature and the environment through raising her children. Confronted with the reality that environmental problems created by this generation will be borne by the next, she established Bambina365, with a strong desire to help change the future, even if only in a small way.

The brand was born from the belief that “you can care for the environment by caring for the skin.” By upcycling bamboo, skincare products that supports sensitive skin while promoting environmental protection were developed and introduced.

In addition, she serves as a board member of the NPO Yamaguchi Satoyama Network as well as an instructor for Ube City’s environmental education program, “Sekai! Animal Environment Conference in SDGs Future City Ube.” Through both business and education, she is committed in passing on the message of a “sustainable future as the norm” to children.

Today Bambina365 continues to nurture lifestyles that deliver beauty and health through Bamboo—365 days a year—while building a future that connects to the next generation.
